COGLAPEST^® is an attenuated live classical swine fever (CSF/Hog Cholera) vaccine prepared from the THIVERVAL strain and produced on homologous diploid cells. The THIVERVAL strain is a “cold” mutant of classical swine fever virus obtained by passaging many times in cell culture at low temperature.

This THIVERVAL strain provides:

• Early appearance of immunity (5 - 12 days)

• High immunogenicity

• Long-lasting immunity after a single injection (4 - 8 months)

• Protection against all Hog Cholera variants

• Absence of pathogenicity

• No post-vaccinal reaction

• No teratogenicity

• No effect on fertility or fecundity
